The FAMADEA Summer Intensive is a three-week leadership and cultural institute designed for high school students seeking to expand leadership capacity, cultural fluency, and real world readiness.

Participants engage in guided seminars, curated experiential learning, and project development focused on building intellectual confidence, civic awareness, and professional presence.

The program culminates in a Summit, where Fellows present a final project demonstrating their personal development, intellectual growth, and collaborative experience.
